What brand do you use to get your flesh tones? Your work is amazing and i look forward to gettin tattooed by you in the future.

Hey there, I've been using the Stable colors, with my own stuf for a few months now, with pretty good results. I've been mixing my own powders for about 5 years now. I use both Spaulding, and National powders. As for skin tones I use brown mixed with lotus pink, ussually mixed right in the machine, while dipping cup to cup. I also have a pre mix, which is brown, lavander, and white. Again certain tone are acheived, by dipping during the tattoo. Hard to explain without an example.

For me as a amature tattoo artist ( perhaps one day i can be like you :) i feel curious. By the way do You receive paypal ?

Mr. Capobianco, I am truly a fan of your work I have been tattooing for 3 years now and I have used many different tattoo inks since. I have never mixed any of my own colors and I would like to know what colors do yo think work the best, right now my favorite(and the one i'm using) colors are skin candy colors. I was reading here that you have used diff. kinds of colors too. If you have any suggestions let me know.

Hey there, yup I've tried a fair amount of inks. I'd say the happiest I've been has been recently with our Easy Glow pigments. I know that sounds conceded, or, like a sales pitch, but it is the honest truth. I only use these colors now, including the Blacks and white.
I'd say most of the colors from Eternal come in second. I was never a fan of Starbrite, or Intenze.
as for the Skin Candy colors, the only real experience I've had with them was with there golden yellow. I hated the Eternal yellows, and this was a good alternative. As for there other colors, I only tried 6 or 7, and was whatever about them.

yea actually this helped a lot because I have used eternal and loved how the color came out. I saw the price that you put down for the easy glow set and its not to terribly bad. I was thinking bout trying out some new colors if i was to try any out which ones do you suggest? I do a lot of "old school" work with bright colors and such.
